Suggest Treatment For Tingling On Hands And Feet

I am having lots of PVC s and also tingling hands and feet. Is this a normal symptom? Or something else? Should I be concerned about this new symptom. I was admitted to the ER a few months ago and they said even though my PVC s are frequent that they are benign. I am 32 and overweight. They did not do any further testing other than the EKG. Should I go back in? Should I ask for a 48 monitor? These are very terrifying. I am also concerned about the tingling.
