Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Perineal Area After UTI

i have a tingling sensation in my perineal area and also in my thighs. it is worse when i sit down. i did a lab test which showed uti with staph aureus as th causative organism and i have taken ciprofloxacin based on the test results. after the treatment, the tingling sensation subsided and returned after a week. pls what should i do? thank you.
