Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Right Thigh

Whenever I lay down I have a slight tingling sensation in my right thigh. the only time I dont feel it is when I am lying on my left side. There is also mild numbness continuously as well as what might be swelling, but is best described as feeling like a muscle is out of place or something, regardless of the position I am in at the time.
