Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Loss Of Hearing

recently went for a hearing test as I've noticed I am struggling to hear people talking in the car. I find it difficult to hear on the telephone at work. I hear a humming noise in both ears but more pronounced in my right ear. This is more noticable when I leave work. I work in a busy noise children's nursery. The results showed I have some loss of hearing in my right ear. Nothing significant. The doc says I have problem but doesn't know what or how he can help. Is the fact I'm clumsiness and always bumping into things a factor.
