Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Muffled Hearing?

Hi how are you? I have tinnitus and i feel like i ca n feel the blood flow in my head. it feels like a head rush. even changing positions like turning my head or raising my arms will cause this t o happen. when i turn my head my hearing gets muffled and i can feel the pulse in my head. i also have anxiety disorder and a rotation in the neck. could it be related to any of these issues?
