Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus In Both Ears

Hi, I ve tinnitus in both ears since 2006 and recently have lost my hearing in my left ear except for the ringing. It s like I have a full ear of water. I ve tried putting in mineral oil a couple times now to no avail. What can I do to relieve this pressure I feel in my ear?
