Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus In Ear

hello doc, My dad is suffering from tinnitus in his right ear. the cause is unknown but it maybe because of the accident he met some 3 yrs back. He fell on the ramp of home and recieved a severe injury on forhead and head. Before that he was fine in hearing. Is there any hospital where he can get a good treatment?
