Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

Hello My name is Martin I have recently been diagnosed with tininnitus and I have a cochlear implant and I am finding the sounds very bothersome and it interfers with when my sister and the little girl are asking questions sometime and I have to ask them to repeat more than once at times or I just guess at what is been said and I have been getting headaches as well
