Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

Have Tinnitus. Started a month ago. ENT put me on steroids, they did nothing. I am now taking lipoflavinoid, just started it two days ago. How long before it works? I cannot take it any longer. This is the worst thing and I feel like I can't function. I am begging for help.
