Hi - My ears just started to begin ringing, very noticeable at night..they would roar with any noise , like your chest would get a rush at the same time in you ears...have been under a lot of stress the last two months. blood pressure ok...when I lay down , don't feel right...ears ringing, upper right arm in back feel weak ..
