Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

I have a constant ringing feeling in my left ear for last 2ays. It started when some water went in while i was having bath, and it hasn't stopped for a second. I can't hear the sound when i am out, but as soon as I enter a silent environment, I start hearing it. FYI, My age is 32.

I have done a middle ear impedance test, and the result is i have thin ear drums, but I have no problem in hearing, and the ringing feeling is coming from left ear only.
