Suggest Treatment For Tiny Boils In Lower Part Of Penis

sir, i'v been suffering from this problem from past 1 year. I have got tiny boils on the lower part of my penis, and they pain a lot at times. I tried to burst them but then they pain evn more, though once burst, they come after a long time but do not vanish away forever. Kindly help...
