Suggest Treatment For Tiny Cuts On Near Anus

Hi, about a month ago I noticed a very tiny raw spot almost like a tiny cut in between my or right above my butt hole. I noticed it after using really rough toliet paper. Is there anything I can do to help it heal faster. It sometimes itches and when I pee, the spot sometimes burns. Any advice?
