Suggest Treatment For Tiny Itchy Pin Pricks All Over The Body

I have tiny red pin prick spots on my torso and legs. Havent noticed them anywhere else. They itch periodically and itch worse at night. My arms are also itching although I havent noticed the spots there yet. They have been there about three days. Can you advise please?
