Suggest Treatment For Tiny Lumps On Penis Other Than Sudocrem

i split my banjo string about 3 weeks ago. i let it heal and then about a week ago i noticed tiny lumps of skin around the immediate area. i used sudocream to help it heal heal, could this possibly have something to do with it and if not what could the fleshy lumps be?
