Suggest Treatment For Tiny Pimple On Upper Side Of Shaft Of Penis

i have been more sexually active than usual in the last month. had about five partners. one morning i noticed a single tiny pimple on the upper side of the shaft of my penis about midway up. it has been there forthe last five days but looks exactly the same. no pain at all either. does this look like any std?
