Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Numbness On Finger Tips

I've been tired recently to where i feel as if I have little energy. Today I started feeling clamy, and warm,started to sweat alittle, I haven't been getting as hungry lately also. My fingertips will go numb every now and then randomly (hasn't just recently happened but has happened plenty of times over the years) I get bladder infections easily (and i do my best taking care of my hygene trust me on this).
