Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Stomach Pain, Insomnia And Constipation

Iv e got Insomina & am taking zopiclone 7.5mg for 6weeks-plus am very constipated & have severe tummy pain. age 65-I have arthritis in lower back knees & 2 hips-& therefore can,t walk well-but I force myself to maintain my property gardening mowing lawns etc. I m always very tired-& am quite frankly fed up from battling these conditions. can you help me.?? with kind regards claire sankey.
