Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Sweating And Frequent Urination After Having Menopause

hi my mom age is 50 her menopause stopped before 5 years naturally from that date she is facing problems in summer she is having very sweat and in rainy she is going urine many times bcoz of that she has become lean and can't sleep she is not having sugar also can u plz help out
