Suggest Treatment For Toenail Infection

I stubbed my big toe a bunch of times. I had nail polish on my feet so I didn't think anything of my toe. I took my nail polish off and my nail is yellow, brown towards the top, and its huge. My nail is higher than my cuticle. And I noticed this stuff surrounding my nail. I thought maybe my nail would grow out but it hasn't grown. What do I do?
