Suggest Treatment For Tonsil Stones

Hi, I have been experiencing an annoyingly large number of tonsil stones coming out of exclusively my right tonsil. I recently got a cold, and now it has several that are stuck to it that won't seem to come off even with gargling, poking at them, etc. the tonsil appears to be larger than the other one and there also is a small pin sized hole in the fleshy portion that does not look like the normal crypts; it is a lot smaller and I can see more tonsil stone gunk deep inside of it. What should I do?
