Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis And Ear Pain

hi, i had mt tonsils taken out friday and only my right side of my throat and ear hurts. It doesnt matter if i'm eating breathing talking not talking just setting there it hurts what can i do to make it stop i feel like i'm dien?? please help me!!!!
