Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis And Speech Delay

Hi My son has enlarged adnoids and recently tonsils is also infected. ENT surgeon advised for surgery. His speech is also delayed. He has lisping and articulation problem. For the past one month, we are taking for speech therapy. He is co-operative some but his attention span is very very less. For the past few months, he is falling sick very often with cold and cough all the time. His teeth are coming down and he always keeps his mouth open. Please advise
