Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis

Hi Im 16 and i think i have tonsilitus; it is meant to go away within 48 hours but its just got worse and worse and then i thought it was tonsil stones; but its not ... i have holes in my tonsils and i dont know what to do becuase my doctors can't treat me until friday ... any ideas?
