Suggest Treatment For Tonsils Adenoids

I am reseqrching ear nose an throat subjects , as my 4 year old son is having tonsils adenois and gromits done in 2 weeks

We indicated that we are going on holiday a further 3 weeks on from the procedure , concerned abouut ear infections etc during a foreign holiday

This being 3 weeks after the procedure , my wife and i arent sure of the gromit procedure , will our son have to return at some point for the gromits removal
