Suggest Treatment For Torticollis

hi sir, since 2012 January im suffering with torticollis, is there is any permanent cure for this, for further knowledge I will send my reports, my cervical dystonia is not congenital . I think its acquired dystonia with my cervical spondylosis... can I have any improve with physiotherapy
