Suggest Treatment For Total Renal Failure

My 90 year old grandfather is being treated for staph infection MRSA and the past 3 days has had total renal failure-his kidneys aren't functioning. The doctors at the hospital where he is at say he too old for dialysis. His vital organs are all in excellent condition.
