Suggest Treatment For Tremors, Fatigue And Weakness Along With UTI

Four weeks after diagnosis of type a flu i am experiencing shakiness, fatigue, and weakness. My blood prrssure goes up around 160/89 and drops to 120/76 in less than an hour. Since my original diagnosis of flu I have had low sodium (121) and a urinary tract infection. I am an 82 year old female and prior to the flu diagnosis I was active with no health problems other than high blood pressure. I am perplexed about what is happening to my body. Any ideas?
