Suggest Treatment For Tuberculosis In Fallopian Tube

i had a T.B. 10 years back and then i took full coure of medicine for 1 year. i got married in 2004 but i am unable to concieve. ihad done 2 HSG test and laproscopy also in 2009 and doctor said me there is a T.B.infection in my fallopian tube so they cant go for ivf. kindly suggest me doctor what should i do? is there any possibielty for my baby.
