Suggest Treatment For Tumor On Right Kidney

Hello I am a 62 yr old woman who has a tumor on my right kidney. It is causing me great pain, and I am a stage 3. I have adhesions from previous surgery and it pulls inside when I move to the side or any rapid movement. I wish to have this removed as it is quite bothersome and the pain meds are not responding to taking away the edge on the pain. Can this be removed, the tumor or the kidney or both?
