Suggest Treatment For Tumor Under The Arms

Doctor i have tumor like tissue size is about 5mm to 1cm which is present in my under arms an fore arms and front of abdomen below the chest,10 numbers of tumors they are moveable and cause no pain.
Sir, did they cause any harm to me and what is the treatment for this tumor,please reply me..
