Suggest Treatment For Tumors Blocking Fallopian Tube

I just had surgery because they had found a fibroid tumor,it turns out I have one pretty good size and 4 small ones,one of the tumors is blocking my fallopian tube,he doesn't want to remove it,but Im only 38 and I want a baby,if possible.He also did a d&c,& removed some polyps.
