Suggest Treatment For Typhoid, Constant Headache And Body Pain

I have been diagnosed with typhoid. If I am a carrier, are there any new treatments? I am married and live with my husband. Since I m 76 years old and have been in bed for 5 weeks, I certainly don t want it to happen to anyone else. I m using hand sanitizer, and as an old nurse scrubbing my hands after each application. Sleeping is a problem due to the crazy temperature variations and then the chills. The constant headache and body ache just add to the scenario. Needless to say, I don t want to pass this along at anytime.
