Suggest Treatment For Ulcerative Colits While On Pain Medication

I suffered a concussion mid Jan to the back of my head. It took days before bad headaches & nausea began with vomiting sometimes, extreme sleepiness & feelings of depression. A viisit to my Dr resulted in a cat scan that showed no bleeding. The sympoms come & go & I contiue find it difficult to remain concntrate on anything. How long do these last. Taking pain pills frequently are playing havoc on my Ulcerative Coliits. Is there anything I should do or not do to hasten better health feelings
