Suggest Treatment For Uncomfortable Feeling In My Arms And Legs

For the past 3-4 days, I've noticed that my legs and upper arms seem to feel as though something inside is constructing circulation possibly. It's an uncomfortable feeling, not numbness per se, just a noticeable feeling that makes me feel like I need to shake it off but walking doesn't make it go away. I thought perhaps I was sitting for prolonged periods causing my legs to feel like the circulation was being cut off, but not sure what's causing this feeling that now seems to include my upper arms. I am a 53 year old woman with no apparent health problems.
