Suggest Treatment For Uncontrollable Cough And Phlegm

I had. Bronchitus last year around this time of year, last year and feel like it is back. I am starting cough uncontrollably and cant seem to get tje phlegm out of my chest. I had to use an inhaler tonight for the first time since last year. What can I do to avoid these episodes?
