Suggest Treatment For Uncontrollable Laughing

Hi there. My name is Kimmy. And I recently saw a commercial about PBA. It got me a little worried because ever since I was 4 years of age, I ve always had the giggles. Even my nickname back then and to this day is Ms. Giggles. I still laugh a lot, even too much from what others tell me, and I also have random moments of laughing. I laugh at anything not even that funny and I ll even cry from laughing so hard from the little things. And when I randomly laugh, it will be even in my sleep. I ll start thinking of things or think about something that has happened that made me laugh, and start laughing really hard. So to sum up everything, I laugh too much at anything at all and have always been this way. So my question is, would I possibly have PBA or other diseases? And could I go to a family doctor to refer me to a specialist if there is one to diagnose me?
