Suggest Treatment For Underarm Pain

I beleive I have a blocked sweat gland in my arm pit. It hurts to even to move my arm. I have tried to releive some pressure but it is still so painful. I cleaned it with hydrogen pryoxiode and put a band aide on it with Neosprorin. Is there anything I can do to releive the pain and help it heal?
