Suggest Treatment For Unilateral Hyper Secretion Of Salivary Gland

I m writing for a friend. She has unilateral hypersecretion of a salivary gland.This has been going on for a long time. She has a history of Meniere s disease. She has been on an anti depression medication for years- which I ll assume has serotonergic activity, but its the unilateral part that stumps me. She is otherwise a healthy 66 year woman.
