Suggest Treatment For Unresolved Chronic Cough

sir i have cough for 14 days and i m not hearing properly in my left ear.i have consulted an ent he told me that problem is of nose not ear and gave me azithromycin 500 mg for 3 days...but it is not cured..please advise me..i am male 34 yrs age and weight is 72 kg
