Suggest Treatment For Upper Respiratory Infection And Bronchitis

hi my grandson is two he has been sick since dec 27th. on that day he tested positive for the flu. he was given tamflu for that. he is still sick coughs all the time every antibiotic they have put him on doesn't seem to work. hes been diagnosed with upper respertory infection and now bronchitis. took blood its elevated to 12,500. he is always sick. any suggestions.
