Suggest Treatment For Urethral Diverticulum

hi Have a big problem my wife has a about 2 month with a urethral diverticulum I would like to know if a urologist can do something for he, she already bee surgery there about 20 years and now she still got a problem and its very painful believe me she has bee surgery in Winnipeg, and the doctor said he can't do anything for he so what do you recommend to he, see another surgeon in Quebec or elsewhere, we don\t know what to do . please we need help . thank you!
