Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And An Urge To Urinate

Hi. My maid has been having a distressful condition for the past 1 month. At first, it started with uncontrolled urination where she started wetting herself involuntarily. She found it painful to urinate and although she went when she had an urge, she couldn t urinate. She also has a foul odor after each accident of leakage. This problem is compounded with a discharge. The GP put her on 2 courses of strong antibiotics for over 3 weeks but the condition has not improved. The ultrasound scan showed a shadow on her ovary. She has also lost a lot of weight and shows a loss in appetite. I hope u could enlighten me on my next course of action.
