Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

My mother is 63 yrs old . She is not able to control her urine .She has to use Diapers continioulsy . She is highly Diabetic, She has pulmunpory problem and she has undergone a bypass surgery few months ago . Her uteres has been removed a year ago We have done all test necessary and CT Scans . Please help us in this rgard
