Suggest Treatment For Urticaria

Hi Dr. I am 30 and have a baby of 8 months and she is on lactation. I have developed urticaria post delivery which stays for some 3-4 hours and its very frustrating. the effect is on whole body. i have consulted a dermatologist in bangalore and medication started with Citragene and the Livosiz m and now I am on Allegra 180 on alternate days. Is there any test or any medication to cure this?
