Suggest Treatment For Urticaria

hello ..m 25 years old n my weight is 62 kg having urticaria for past 3 years and m taking regular antihistaminics medication but its not working but when i take this medication with steroid den only i get relief ..so jus tell me how to get relief from urticaria ..n how i leave the steroid
