Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid

Hi, 2days ago benn taken to hospital because a round red something popped out from my vagina while I was having toilet. I had no pain before but having irregular bleeding for 6 month now and also waterly discharge between periods and bleeding sometimes with blodclots. In the hospital on of the doctor said it is a polyp just need to twist and remove. The other doctor told me the same but after the ultrasound wich shows a solid heterogeneous lesion : 47*36*41mm with moderate amount of internal vascularity and a prominent "feeding " vessel. Possible diagnoses include a large polyp or fibroid. They said need further examinations to can operate because they are unsure what is in my womb and as i am 28 and never been pregnant need they need to be careful. So they realeased me and said will operate in 3 month time. Also got a cyst on the right oval 49*38*42mm. Do you think this can be a fibroid at all in my vagina and is it really deangerous to operate it? Thank you, Mel.
