Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroids

My mother has a fibroid in her uterus which has gradually increased. First scan was done in 2007. Size was the same till 2009, but recently scan shows the increase in size from 2.7*2.5 cm to 3.7*3.2cm. What should we do to treat her without surgery? Please advice.
