Suggest Treatment For Uterine Myoma During Pregnancy

Gud day! Im 8months pregnant with single intrauterine pregnancy,cephalic. Myoma uteri. Sizes 9x6 cm. 11x8 cm. 2x3 cm. I have this 3 myoma. My Dr. Said, this 3 myoma is to removed together with my babie. Is this is applicable for me? Or cant i know is this applicable in my body condition because im giving birth also at that time. Can i know also the complication during the operation. And what if i dont want remove the myoma because i want to have second babie it this is have another complication for my body? Because my Dr. Said also is remove my matres together myoma and baby in one time operation? Is this is applicable for my body to remove all at one time and what become happen to

me after removing my myoma.
