Suggest Treatment For Uterus Fibroids With Small Seedlings On Cervical Wall

Hi, I have a problem, and i want your help please, kindly guide me, my mother has got uterus fibroids, these are multiple, one is 22 x 18 mm in anterior wall, the other is 20 x 20 mm in lower anterior uterine wall and another is 11 x 14 mm fibroid in posterior uterine wall. small seedlings in cervical wall are also seen. uterus shows non homogenous myometrial echotexture. The cavity shows regular central endometrial echoes. no myometrial mass is detected. please advise about this ultra sound report and about its severity. thank you.
